Hi I'm Katheryn!  I started Party Decor in 2000 after designing and decorating a garden reception for a friend.  I was so excited by the endless possibilities and the positive reaction from the guests. This prompted me to enter the world of event decorating.  Now nine years later I am still brimming with innovative ideas and passion for creating memorable occasions.
